By accessing or using Vigilum, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Safety Disclaimers. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or run benchmarks on this platform.

2. License & Service Provided "AS IS"

Vigilum is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

3. Benchmark Scores & Informational Purpose

All benchmark scores, framerate measurements, ray throughput values, and hardware tier labels displayed by Vigilum are generated client-side for informational and diagnostic evaluation only. We do not guarantee commercial equivalence to third-party proprietary testing suites.

4. Intellectual Property & Indemnification

All design tokens, user interface components, logo artwork, and benchmark code remain the exclusive property of Vigilum. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vigilum and its operators against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform.
